By using the Moonrise Supply website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for stock, pricing, or fraud-screening reasons, and we'll refund any amount charged for an order we decline. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

Pricing and product information

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required. We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications, and images accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Finish colors can vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and natural variation in materials.

Electrical products and installation

Hardwired lighting should be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical codes. Confirm the voltage rating on the product page matches your supply (standard US residential supply is 120V) before installation. Outdoor fixtures should be used only in locations consistent with their stated weather rating (for example, IP65). Moonrise Supply is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation or use.

Accounts and communications

If you create an account, keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity under it. By providing your email or phone number, you agree to receive transactional messages about your order. Marketing messages are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, and images are owned by or licensed to Moonrise Supply and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Prohibited use

Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or copy its content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonrise Supply's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
