Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every order to the contiguous United States. No minimum.
How long will my order take?
Orders process in 1–3 business days. Items in our US warehouses arrive 3–7 business days after shipping; items from our overseas partner warehouses take 10–20 business days. The estimate is shown on each product page.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US?
Not yet. Contiguous US only for now.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.
Products
Will this fixture work on US power?
Every hardwired product page lists its voltage. Look for 110V, 120V, or a range such as 110–240V; those work on standard US circuits. Solar and low-voltage landscape lights don't connect to house wiring at all.
What do IP55 and IP65 mean?
Ingress Protection ratings. IP55 handles rain and dust on a covered or semi-exposed wall. IP65 is fully rain- and dust-tight and is what you want for fully exposed walls, fences and ground-level fixtures.
Is the bulb included?
Integrated LED fixtures don't need one. For socket fixtures (E26/E27), the product page says whether a bulb is included; where it isn't, any standard US E26 LED bulb works.
What's the difference between warm white and tri-color?
Warm white is a fixed, cozy 2700–3000K light. Tri-color fixtures let you switch between warm, neutral and cool white.
Can I install it myself?
Solar, plug-in and low-voltage fixtures, yes. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician to meet local code.
Orders and returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us right away. We can usually change an address or cancel before processing. After shipping, use the return process.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and uninstalled, in original packaging. Details on our Returns & Refunds page.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Is there a warranty?
12 months against manufacturing defects on every fixture.

Major credit and debit cards, plus the express options shown at checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where required by law, tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
